Caroline Gratsch serves as the Director of Professional Development for Sales and Business Marketing Association and is a student at Western Michigan University, majoring in Sales and Business Marketing with minors in Business Communications and General Business. She also works as a Student Lead for the College of Arts and Sciences Technology Services.

In summer 2024, she had the incredible opportunity to study abroad in Lisbon, Portugal, and in summer 2025, she will intern with Delta Air Lines as a Global Sales Intern—an experience that aligns with her love for travel and interest in global business. 

She is an active member in Women’s Business Network and has previously been involved in several organizations, including 269 Hip-Hop Crew, WMU Club Tennis, and Bronconess wine brand, where she served as the Chief Sales and Customer Experience Officer.
