Emma Scott joined SBMA her first semester at WMU after transferring. She graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. After graduated, she started her career at Insight Global as a Recruiter/Account Manager. Emma credits SBMA for helping her develop her interview skills which helped her land her internship at Hershey. One of the reasons SBMA was so special to Emma is she met many individuals after transferring who helped her professional development. SBMA grew her as a professional, confirmed her passions for business, and helped her grow confidence

Justin Weaver

Justin Weaver joined SBMA his second semester after transferring to WMU. He graduated from Western Michigan University with Bachelor of Business Administration in Sales and Business Marketing. After graduating, Justin has accepted an offer with Collabera as a recruiter in Southfield, Michigan. During his time in the sales major and our organization, Justin has seen growth in his selling skills, presentation skills, interview skills and confidence. Most importantly, Justin is leaving SBMA with a large network filled with driven and inspiring peers. One of Justin’s favorite memories with SBMA is preparing for the SBMA Sales Competition hosted by Federated Insurance with fellow students. He loved the environment of support, but also how each individual competing had tenacity and drive. Alex McMahon

Alex McMahon joined SBMA during his Sophomore year in the fall. He graduated from Western Michigan University with a degree in sales and business marketing and a minor in finance. His first position after graduating was he became a recruiter with Brooksource (Eight Eleven Group) in Royal Oak. During his time with SBMA, Alex received his full time offer with Brooksource and his internship with C.H. Robinson through the organization. Alex credits the organization for helping him grow his confidence and professional networking skills. Some of his favorite memories with the organization include playing Broomball and attending the company trip.
